Just as with critical reviews, a valuable positive review is rich with details and specifics. This review is NOT to be used by the business as a marketing tool. Rather, it is just between you and the business, so be honest. Who/What exceeded your expectations? Do you remember any names? Let's make sure that great workers get recognition! What did you experience that would cause you to repeat with this business instead of trying a competitor? And, of course, an honest detailed review may contain both positive and negative elements.
